AUXILIARY RULES

1. Letters, Money orders or parcels should not be addressed to the ward directly, but to the warden. All communications should be routed through the warden only.
2. No money or valuables should be left with the ward. And while returning after vacation an authorized escort should leave the ward in the hostel. Lonecomers will not be taken in. In all matters pertaining to a student ward, the decision of the management is final.
3. In case of withdrawal of the ward in the middle of the academic year, no refund of hostel fee of other fee will be made.
4. Parents are to sign a Clinical consent form authorizing the hostel authorities to offer medical aid to the ward and take any major decision including surgery, if necessary, in consultation with qualified doctors.
